All sales are final. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Please allow your order to be shipping within 7-10 business days. However shipment dates may be unpredictable because of Canada Post strikes - we'll update you regarding estimated shipment dates via email.
Where are you located / where do you ship from?
We are based in Montreal, Quebec.
How can I cancel my order?
At the moment since we just launched this website all orders will be considered final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally other than in Canada and USA.
My address is wrong! Can you fix it?
We can adjust your shipping address before your order is shipped. Please email us with your information ASAP (full name, order number and correct address). It's important you reach out before your order has been shipped!
